OUR GOAL

To give you a beautifully organised home tailored to you and your lifestyle, that you’re excited to spend time in.

To achieve this, we’ve created a joyful, empowering process that will leave you feeling confident and excited to live in your transformed space. 

BEFORE THE SESSION

Once you’ve booked your session with us, we’ll arrange an in-person planning meeting at your home. We’ll walk through the space together and recap how you want your home to function, to fill out the details of your plan. We’ll choose products that you love that complement your personal style and decor. We’ll also decide if you need any additional storage, like shelving or furniture, and create a plan for those too. If you have any styling or Pinterest images you’d like to share with us at this point, we can look at those together during our meeting.

Then we’ll get busy putting your plan into action, sourcing everything we need, and booking any third party trades services (like a handyman to put up those shelves). We take care of everything so you can just relax and enjoy the process!

A couple of days before your session we’ll send you a confirmation email with full details of the project, specific areas of work, and the team who will be arriving on the day. 

There’s nothing you need to do to prepare for our visit, and please don’t worry, we’ve tackled all kinds of challenges, and haven’t been defeated yet!!

DURING THE SESSION

Our sessions are fun and relaxed, and the team will arrive bright and early with lots of enthusiasm! When we arrive, we’ll have a quick chat with you and work out a plan for how to make the most of the time you have available to spend with us. Then we’ll get started!

Some clients love to work really closely with us and learn the ins and outs of the process, and some love the surprise of the end result! Unless there are lots of editing decisions to make, there’s no need to stay in. We can call and whatsapp when we have questions to make sure we know exactly what you want, and how best to organise everything. 

If it is a project with lots of editing, it can be draining – so many decisions! The best way to prepare is to have a good night’s sleep and a good breakfast, and we’ll help you with the rest. On the day there’s nothing you need to provide – we’ll bring everything with us, from boxes and baskets, to bin bags and labels. 

You can trust that you’re in safe hands. Our team works quickly and methodically and will be with you through the whole process, offering their expert advice whenever you need it.

AT THE END OF THE SESSION

Once the team has finished, we’ll talk to you about how to get rid of anything you’ve decluttered. We can book charity collections, waste/recycling removals or shredding. We’ll help in any way we can to get your unwanted items out of the house as quickly as possible! 

After the finishing touches of labelling, final tweaks and edits, we’ll do a walkthrough with you explaining exactly where everything is. We’ll leave you with a calm, clear and beautifully composed space that you can start enjoying straight away.

AFTERCARE

Once you’ve worked with us, we hope that you will, not only, have a home that you love, but also new ways of thinking about what you bring into your home, and how you manage it.

Home organisation is an ever-evolving process. We know that life doesn’t stand still. You will buy new clothes. Your kids will grow out of their toys. You will stop using the things you once loved. The secret is to anticipate that. To keep reviewing, decluttering, and evolving your systems whenever you need to.

We will be here for you as your life continues to change, with our Refresh and Reset services, to help make sure that your home changes with it.
