Our pricing reflects the size and scope of your project. During our consultation call we’ll chat through what you need and take a look at the space together before tailoring a plan with estimates of timeframes and costs.

Our Organisers are available Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.

Absolutely. We have teams of Organisers working in Surrey and the South East. If you’re moving within our service area we’re very happy to help you prepare for your move in your current home and/or settle into your new home. Wherever you need the help, we can be there. Just get in touch and we can talk through what you need and the options available to you.

How long it takes to organise your home will depend on the size of the project, the layout and also what you’d like to achieve. During our consultation call we’ll take a look at your home together and talk through your goals. From that we’ll tailor a plan and can give you an estimated timeframe. 

Every project is different, but here are some possible timeframes for decluttering and organising on some of our more common projects:

  • 1 – 2 double wardrobes plus chest of drawers: 1 Organiser for one day
  • Medium sized playroom with lots of toys: 2 Organisers for one day
  • Large kitchen and pantry: 3 – 4 Organisers for one day
  • Utility room: 1 Organiser for one day
  • Study with lots of paperwork/filing: 1 Organiser for multiple days

We can normally schedule a video consultation call within 48 hours of you getting in touch, then depending on the size of the project, we aim to get started within a week to 10 days, depending on your availability.

We’ll advise on how involved you might need to be during our consultation call.

If there’s lots of editing to do, we’ll work closely with you to make sure you’re happy with what you’d like to keep and what you’d like to let go of.

However, once we’re in the organising stage, our Organisers can work independently and you can be involved as much or as little as you’d like. We’ll discuss all of the details during the planning stages of your project so we know you’ll be really happy with the results, whether you’re able to be there as we work, or not.
